How do I get started?
Easy! Go back to the page you were just on, and click on the button that says "Click Here To Secure Your Founder Position Right Now!" Next fill out the registration form. Once you have paid to become a member, you will be directed to login to your Back Office.

Where can I get my referral link?
Your referral link can by found in your Marketing Center under the Banners & Links tab. You will see a blue box at the top of the page that says "Your Referral URL".

Where can I find my lead capture page?
Your capture page can be found in your Marketing Center under the Banners & Links tab. You will see an orange box at the top of the page that says "Your Capture Page URL".

Can I forward a domain name to my affiliate link?
Of course! In fact, we recommend that you do. Your affiliate link is supported by forwarded and masked domains. If you don't own a domain, you can purchase one very cheap from Domains by OnTarget right here.

Where can I see how much money I've earned?
You can view all member stats in your Site Stats section under the Stats tab. View visitor stats, as well as commission stats on a day by day basis.

How come I referred someone and got a bonus, but I haven't earned a commission yet?
You will receive a Fast Start Bonus for everyone you personally refer as soon as they sign up. You earn commissions through the matrix starting on the 2nd month of your membership... and every month thereafter.

How do I get paid?
You can choose to receive a commission check, or to receive payments through your AlertPay account. Be sure to update your payment info in the Edit Profile section, so we know how to send your commissions.

If you don't have an AlertPay account, click here to set one up for FREE. *Note: We recommend setting up the Personal Pro account, so there is no limit to the amount of funds you can withdraw each month.

How often can I get paid?
All sales and bonuses are calculated at noon (CST) on every business day (M-F). Payments through AlertPay are paid out daily, while checks are sent out every Friday. (*Note:  The minimum payout for each payrun is $10.00)

1) Checks will be sent on Friday, which you will receive according to the usual mail transit in your part of the world. There is a $3 processing/postage fee per check...

2) Payments received through AlertPay will be sent to your account at noon (CST) each business day, and will be in your account instantly.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your UCS membership, submit a support ticket telling us you wish to cancel. Your account will be canceled within 24 hours.

Do I still get paid if I cancel my membership?
No. The UCS focuses on membership retention, and rewarding those who continue to grow with us. Canceled members will not have access to the members area, nor will they get credit for any downline sales.

Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, due to our commission structure, we do not offer refunds of any kind for a UCS membership. Not only are commissions being paid out to your upline, but as a member you have access to hundreds of valuable resources in your virtual office. The value of that alone is far beyond the low cost of membership.

Do you advertise my site for me?
Yes. In fact, unlike most companies, we send ALL of our corporate advertising to our Members' Rotator. Each member of UCS has an referral link that is randomly rotated in our Members' Rotator.

By doing this, every single advertising campaign we purchase goes to our members, in order to boost member sales. Obviously, you and everyone in your team will make more if you promote the business as well.

You can advertise wherever you'd like, which is why we also include a list of our top advertising resources in your Marketing Center under the Advertising tab.

Where can I find banners?
Banners for UCS can be found in your Marketing Center under the Banners & Links tab. You can copy the HTML code under each banner. You can also save the banners to your computer by right-clicking on the image, and selecting "Save Picture As...".
